THE #LFA DIGITAL 2020 EVENT 'ARCHITECTS' LINK WILL BE RELEASED ON THE 8TH APRIL, BUT FEEL FREE TO LOOK HERE IN THE MEANTIME AND ANY ENQUIRIES YOU CAN EMAIL ij@ivan-jones.co.uk

ARCHITECTS seeks to reveal the often unacknowledged faces of contemporary architectural practice. Incorporating a cross-section of architects and architecture of indisputable quality. Within what is often perceived as a male-dominated profession, this project acknowledges the greater diversity of roles present in contemporary practice than might be superficially evident.

These portraits are a statement of equality, not difference. These architects are powerful in their own right, not in comparison to another’s status. There are no special concessions to femininity or “femaleness”; these are architects and orchestrators of the built environment. They just happen to be women.
